Chi Lam, Iao (Lam)
Chief Executive Officer and founder		   Mr. Lam Iao, CEO and founder of Laxino Technology Limited. Prior to founding
Laxino, Lam served various operational and managerial roles in some of the
prestigious global companies including; MGM Grand Macau, Wynn Resort,
Atronic, DelGac Petroleum L.L.C., Superior Alarms Inc. and the SmartCom
group.

Apart from the professional experience, Lam also contributes to the educational sector to build the future talents for the society. He served as Lecturer for both
Computer Science and Mathematics Department at the University of Texas
(U.S.A.) and Lecturer for the Business department specialized in Casino
Management at the University of Macau.

Lam received his Master Degree in Computer Science (with emphasis on
Bioinformatics) and two Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and
Mathematics from the University of Texas, U.S.A.

Lam's vision of "technology can be found in any business before my time is up" and his dedication in the industry has established a solid foundation
of Laxino to well-define the company's direction.

Hoi Hung, Ho (Douglas)
Chief Operations Officer		   Mr. Douglas Ho is the Chief Operations Officer of Laxino. Prior to joining Laxino in July 2008, Douglas served several senior IT management roles with Motorola, a Fortune 100 company.  A 15-year Motorolan, Douglas has served in various IT leadership positions for the company in global project implementation, software development, strategic planning, supply chain and enterprise architecture. Prior to joining Motorola, he was account manager with Concurrent Computer Corporation. Before joining Concurrent Computer, he was software development manager with GTECH Corporation. Before joining GTECH, he was software manager with PerkinElmer. Douglas has over 25 years of practitioner experience in Information Technology industry, providing IT solutions to companies with annual business revenue from multi-million to multi-billion US dollars. Besides, he is certified in IT consultancy and enterprise architecture.

Douglas received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and his master’s degree (Master of Technology) in software engineering from National University of Singapore.

Chi Man, Lei (Chi)
Chief Technology Officer

   Mr. Chi Lei is the Chief Technology Officer of Laxino. Chi has achieved two Master Degrees, Master of Computer Science, Database Specialization (Master of Science) from Stanford University (Palo Alto, California, USA) and Master of Electrical Engineering, Signal and Information Processing (Master of Engineering) from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China). In particular, his extensive business application and architecture expertise includes primary engineer and initiator for Echelon, an agent-based automated monitoring system that monitors hundreds of databases in Amazon, design and implement engineering solutions to database management/operations, implement architecture, database schema and web interface. Upon Chi being part of the company, Chi has given Laxino the competence to handle challenging analytical and implementing solutions for both land base and online gaming projects.

Paul White (Paul)
Business Director - Slots 		  Mr. Paul White embodies the notion of global gaming experience. He has managed Game Design, Mathematics and Research & Development departments in the hottest casino markets in the world: including Europe, Australia, Macao, United States and Canada.  In each of these roles, he has directed the end-vision of server based, Internet, mobile, and slot machine game content which complies with different countries’ jurisdiction requirements.

U Hang, Un (Oliver)
Senior Manager, Services & Operation		   Mr. Oliver Un, Senior Manager, Services & Operation of Laxino. Oliver has over 10 years of experience in which he served Wynn Resorts Macau for 2 years as the Corporate Network Services Supervisor prior to joining Laxino, and another 8 years with NetCraft Information Technology Macau. Oliver’s major achievement includes CEM ATM Backbone Project, DSFSM Backbone Switch and Metropolitan Area Network Project, University of Macau Gigabit Backbone and Wireless Campus Project. 4 years in JOS Macau, Macau Fisherman’s Warf Network LAN Project was also his achievement.

Oliver’s rich experienced and commitment to his work have been and will be an asset to Laxino Technical background.

Kuok On, Tam (Raymond)
Development Manager		   Mr. Raymond Tam, Development Manager. Prior to joining Laxino, Mr. Raymond Tam was the General Manager and Partner of ChangTai Trading Ltd. ZhongShan, China. Besides, Senior Project Lead for Guidewire.com (Silicon Valley) California, United States in 2005, Project Lead of DemandTec.com (Silicon Valley) California, United States in 2001 and Software Engineer of Impresse.com (Silicon Valley) California, United States. All these experiences made him posses extensive experience in building, maintaining scalable website, from simple HTML webpage to dynamic extensible content creation, file sharing, content collaboration and information sharing, least but not less, in depth knowledge in network security and web-user identity authentication, excellent skills in network of workstation.

Kit Mui, Lam (Askey)
Project Manager		   Ms. Askey Lam, Project Manager. Prior to joining Laxino, Askey served several big operators in Macau like Melco-Crown as an HR systems consultant and Wynn Macau as an Operation Analyst. During her time at Wynn Macau, Askey has simultaneously taken up the role as a Business System Analyst and also an assisting role as a Quality Assurance Analyst from 2005 to 2008. From 2001 to 2005, she served as a senior system engineer at Air Macau and CPTTM. With Askey’s project management skills and her extensive experience in Casino, Hotel, and Back of House Operation systems, Askey has been playing a key role in Laxino in managing land based casino’s pre-opening projects as well as online casino’s deployment projects.

Kuok Kei, Ung (Derek)
Senior Technical Architect 		  Mr. Derek Ung, Senior Technical Architect. Prior to joining Laxino, Derek was serving with CSA Automated (Macau) Ltd as a Senior System Consultant for 8 years. Along with his wide experience and leadership in Network and Infrastructure solutions design, products selection and evaluation, service charge estimation, schedule planning, implementation and maintenance, Derek has given Laxino a very strong competence to indentify the most secure network for both land base and online.

Kai Kei, Cheng (KK)
Operation Manager		  

Kai Kei, Cheng (KK) - Operation Manager
Mr. KK Cheng is the leader of Laxino (Zhuhai). KK has 10 years of extensive experience in managing software products. Before joining Laxino, KK was the CEO of a Hong Kong software development company with a R&D centre in China, specializing in content management software. KK has also worked in Singapore for 7 years developing and managing electronic book and call centre solutions. Products under his supervision have won many international awards and have been certified for Microsoft Windows Vista. They have been translated into 6 languages, pre-installed in Windows Vista (Japanese) and bundled in NEC, Toshiba, Fujisu and Hitachi notebook computers.

KK has received his Bachelor degree in the UK. He was a research member of a NASA project and he gained his Master of Philosophy degree by research in Hong Kong. He earned his Master of Information Technology in Singapore, and was awarded a Project Management Professional in 2006.

Ka Veng, Ho (Winnie)
Assistant Director, Product Management & Market Research		  

Ka Veng, Ho (Winnie) – Assistant Director, Product Management & Market Research Winnie has over 10 years of experience in software development and IT project management. She has held IT Project Management positions at Sociedade de Jogos de Macau (SJM) and MGM GRAND Macau, specializing in Gaming Systems. Prior to working in the Gaming industry, she spent over 7 years in software development in high tech companies, including Cisco Systems (US) and Newbridge-Alcatel (Canada).

Cheok Man, Wu (Ben)
Development Manager		   Mr. Ben Wu, Development Manager. Before joining Laxino, Ben was a Lecturer at the Macao University of Science and Technology, his teaching area includes Electric Circuit Analysis, Analog Electronic Circuits, etc. Moreover, he also gave supervision on students’ research theses and conducted research projects. Ben also served at Air Macau Co. LTD as an Acting Network Administrator, working in fields of Network Design, Analysis Administration, Enterprise Systems Administration, etc.

Ben holds a Master Degree in Information Technology from the Macao University of Science and Technology. He also pursued his advanced studies in Tsinghua University (Beijing, P.R. China), being a PhD Candidate in Computer Science. Considering Ben’s working experiences and strong academic background, he plays a major role at Laxino for pending and future projects.
