Job Description
- Work with System Analysts to define software requirements, scoping, architecture, and design
- Serve as key technical resource in the full development cycle from design, implementation, documentation, testing to maintenance
- Resolve technical problems in timely fashion
- Drive development with appropriate technology choices
- Provide work leadership for junior-level engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1 to 4+ of software development experience
- Extensive experience programming in OOPL with strong OOD skills is required
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe FLEX/ActionScript and/or Ruby/Rails development will be highly valued
- Experience in online gaming development will be a big plus
- Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese and English is mandatory
- Firm belief in teamwork and being an enthusiastic team player
